Financial Analyst
Job Description
As a financial analyst, you will provide support to the investment group by analyzing the financial data of potential companies to inform investment decisions. Financial analysts report to the Portfolio Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Review and analyze data for the investment portfolio
Make financial assessments of potential companies, and provide recommendations to the portfolio manager
Conduct research and provide data to aid in the decision-making process
Develop financial models to support valuation, planning and forecasting
Financial Modeling & Analysis (50%)
Investment Recommendations (15%)
Reports & Presentations (15%)
Establish & Maintain Databases (10%)
Documentation Processing (10%)
Qualifications

Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail
Good to Have: The following qualifications are advantageous for financial analysts; they are useful, though not necessary, for performing essential duties with greater ease.
Degree(s) in business, data science, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or finance
CFA (any level)
At least 3 years of work experience; at least 2 years of investment experience
